BAR / BEVERAGE SERVICE INCLUDES:  

Bar Manager /General Manager available to customize your bar order. Bar options vary and are customized to fit your personal budget.  Combinations between Beer, Wine, Liquor and Craft Cocktails are all available.                   (No outside beverages allowed) 

  • Full Service Bar: Hosted Bar-(20% Service Fee on hosted amount only) $1,000 minimum.
  • Cash Bar– $20 per hourly fee per bartender (included Craft Cocktail Specialist).
  • Soda package & coffee bar also available.
  • Complimentary Champagne Toast Head Table

CATERING:

  • We work closely with Several Local Trusted and Preferred Caterers who represent the highest standards in the industry. Your cost per Guest will range $12 to $35 depending on selection;  Full Buffet, or Plated Meal.   Appetizers start at $5.
  • You may choose to use any Licensed and insured Caterer for a ( $400 kitchen fee) .

DJ AMMENITIES INCLUDE:        

  • Fun interactive DJ/EMCEE to Host your Event.
  • Up to 8 hours / Additional Time Available at a Minimal Cost.
  • Extensive Digital Music Library (Uses live mixing program, Sorato with beat matching capabilities.
  • QSC speaker system/ with Subwoofer (a step above the rest because of clarity).
  • Dance Floor & Up lighting & Hazer Included.

HOURS

The Venue will be available the day of the event from 8:00am to 12:00pm.  Should the venue be available the day before the client’s event and the client wishes to decorate they have 3 hours between the hours of 10:00 and 5:00. The venue will open on the day of the event at 2:00pm to accept deliveries and prepare for event unless otherwise scheduled with Suite One Eleven’s in-house Coordinator.

Photo Booth (Props & Back Drop included) –  

Suite One Eleven’s modern photo booth will capture the mood of your guest, serious or silly.  We’ll work with you to customize the experience for your guests. Streamlined and simple to use, the Simple Booth app will allow your guests to receive their photos in real time digitally via email, Facebook, or SMS text.  All images are logged and saved to your Simple Booth account for viewing at your convenience.  With Halo lighting and two professional stage lights, your guests will look fantastic in front of our different options of backdrops.

Bridal Suite – 

  • Thesuite offers a full-length mirror, makeup area mirror, USB charging station, WiFi, kitchen area for snacks. Access Entrance Code determined by the Bride for easy access for your bridal party. Hours: 6am to 1am

Ceremony & Bridal Suite – 

 Pipe & Drape behind Ceremonial Arch included. Chapel style setting with runner.
