1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Suite One Eleven website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Suite One Eleven, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive informational and promotional text messages from Suite One Eleven.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (402) 417-6540.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Booking and Reservations

All event bookings are subject to availability and our formal rental agreement. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure a date.

4. Limitation of Liability

Suite One Eleven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
